Yes, they are individually wrapped. The same way you would buy them in a store or vending machine. There are a bit expensive per package when you divide total cost.

Q: I ordered vanilla and strawberry wafers. The strawberry has open packs inside of the plastic wrapping with a wet box. What should i do?

Q: Are the strawberry ones pink pink?

The wafers are not, but the filling is a very light pink in color.
