I heard of these last year and wanted to try them, but I hadn't taken the time to research and determine which ones out of the multitudes I should try. I love natural and organic products though, so when I saw this one I ordered some right away. I was concerned that the smell would be too strong and overbearing while I'm sleeping with these on my feet (like tea tree oil, which I love for its uses but OMG the smell irks me), but the scent of every one of these is very pleasant and subtle. I couldn't even smell them at all even when I just lay across the bed without pulling the cover over me. I liked that, I LOVE the variety in this set, and I also liked that the adhesive did NOT leave a sticky residue on my feet when I pulled them off as I expected, yet they were just sticky enough that they stayed firmly affixed until I removed them. I've only been using them a few days so I don't know what short-term or long-term effects there may be. I'm going to use the full set though and I may come back and update my review if I have some more to add.I also thought the user guide was very helpful! I didn't read it before I started trying to use these, so of course I didn't know what the heck to do. Was I supposed to wet them first? When should I put them on? How long did they need to stay on? I had no clue, but the guide answered every question I had, so be sure to download that and skim through it in advance. It's a very SHORT guide. In fact, the instructions are on one page in a list you can read almost at a glance. But there's some other useful stuff included that you may find interesting as I did.

I have trouble sleeping. So anything I can do to get a better night’s sleep (within reason) I’m all for it. I used these detox foot pads and let me tell you I clearly noticed a difference. I won’t say I slept through the night but when I DID wake up, I felt different. It was if I could feel toxins being pulled from my body. I was wondering what the difference was then I realized what I had placed on my feet. I’m very impressed and will order again. Oh, and they stayed on my feet and the scent is really nice! Give it a shot.

These foot patches smell amazing! I put them on while I watch tv before bed and I am constantly smelling the aroma , I like lavender, but I also love the green tea! I heard about them in a kinoki style magazine but wasn’t sure about them until I tried them out. After using these foot detox pads, I noticed that I am able to sleep better and I am less tensed at night. I would highly recommend using these foot detox pads if you have high stress, or if you have a hard time sleeping at night like me!

Purchased these for my Mom and she loves them. Once we figured out that wearing socks will prevent them from rolling (and provide the needed sweat), they were perfect. They smell amazing and will definitely pull out the toxins with the sweat they help produce. I would recommend them and will use them again (though there are a lot in the package so a real value for the money).

Wanted to give this product a try and I was pleasantly surprised! The scent is subtle, the adhesive was perfect (they didnt peel off my feet, like other brands do). I loved the large variety pack and the great price. I would definetly recommend these to anyone looking for a natural detox.

I was so excited to get my package and to try out the detox foot pads. After a very long day yesterday, I decided to try the mint pads on both feet. I woke up feeling fresh and clear minded. I was shocked on how great I felt. I can’t wait to try the other kinds. I will definitely purchase this item again.

This product is good for relieving stress and removing toxins from my body. I stand on my feet all day at work and aside from taking a bath, I didn’t have any other method to remove toxins. My favorite part about this product is that I can apply it at night and then remove when I wake up. It’s like a George Foreman Grill, “set it and forget it”. I tried out this product for about a week before reviewing because I wanted to find flaws or things that needed to be worked on but I have no complaints or suggestions . My item came on time and there is plenty to last me for awhile . I am super satisfied and I will be purchasing again .

Although i am somewhat sceptical about the claim of detoxification in its entirety, i believe it may help if we put mind into it. The patches contain Lavender, Rose, Mint, and Green Tea as it says on the packaging, which should not be of harm. I apply to patches before going to bed and take them off in the morning. The patches do change to dirty looking and hardens. I explain it with the body heat and moisture effect on the Lavender, Rose, Mint, and Green Tea leaves. I am half way through the package and am determined to apply all 20 patches. Then, i will be able to compare colors.
