I was suffering from viruses, one in particular that I couldn't seem to heal from by using alternative medicine, fixing vitamin/mineral imbalances, clean eating (following mainly Dr. Ray Peat suggestions), etc., even tried conventional medicine. I started doing my own research on Animo Acids, specifically on L-lysine for viral issues, also Taurine and Glycine for their beneficial health and healing effects. In the process I learned about some of the ill effects of too much cystine, tryptophan, methionine, and histidine. I also learned that taking individual AA's is not good either because they can cause imbalances in other AA's. I was thrilled to come across AminoPro, it has all the AA's I want and none of the ones I don't want, and all in balanced amounts. I also appreciate the absence of excipients in this product and I know care is taken in keeping the product free of contaminants.I experimented with different dosages and found what was right for me and went from nearly bedridden to back at work within weeks!
