Got everything in the product description as described. Arrived on time and well packaged. As for usage...Yes its messy, yes it takes some finesse to use and of course it hurts. All that said, it IS less painful than an electric epilator (my other hair removal go-to) and it does work if you follow the directions.My one major complaint is that it's very hard to get all cleaned out. Wiping the wax out worked to a point and other reviewers have mentioned using oil to get out residue but lifting the pot out while hot (the best way to make sure the wax is nice and runny to be able to remove it quickly) is a great way to burn your fingers.

Warmer temp doesn’t stay regulated, it’s either scalding or not warm enough.The wax is the worst...it comes off in pieces, doesn’t come clean off, there are chunks of the wax left behind and it’s painful.I have used a different kind of wax which comes clean off without anything left behind, but I wanted to give this one a try. Big mistake....and it doesn’t smell like eucalyptus, just smells like wax.

Not sure if the wax is no good or if the unit doesn't get hot enough or I didn't put enough beads in, but I've had better luck with the microwave pots of wax. The wax comes out warm but by the time I get it in place it's impossible to get the stick away from my face without endless strings of wax all over everything. By the time I get the strings pulled off and the stick put down the wax is too hard to stick to the strips. Longer hairs do come out when I pull off the wax blob though, so all is not lost.

Works great! So far I’ve used it on my lips, eyebrows, nose, toes, and armpits! Easy to do yourself and honestly doesn’t hurt that bad! And I have a low pain tolenace lol!

This wax is horrible! It doesn’t grab the hair and the wax breaks into pieces when you try pulling it off. Very unhappy and missed the return window so now I’m stuck with this junk.

The warmer takes about 25-30 minutes to heat the wax beads not 8 min. I waxed the same spot 5 times and theres still hair there. I'm not a very hairy person and I waited 2 1/2 weeks to wax. Might just be their wax type. I'm going to try a different brand.

The wax melting machine is phenomenal! I'm so happy with it. The only thing I do reccomend is that you should purchase another wax with it because the one that came along in the package sucks! I have to wax the same area about 3 times.
