Excellent shoes and worth the cost.
I waited a good while to finish the rating. I don't really know how these shoes will wear until they have been though the whole season and more. Some of this type don't stand up to getting wet and dry and will shrink or stretch. I wear them boating, in yard a lot with wet grass and during day running daily chores. These shoes wore very well. The leather strapping that you tie them with was a bit long on one side and I had to reset the strap pulling some over to other side. But, there was more than enough strapping so it was no problem. They dry out just fine when boating or other things and return to their form. I have worn them a lot, almost daily in summer, for over a year and can see they have more than one more season in them.

Rockport Men's Ports of Call Perth Slip-On
These are wonderful shoes. Someone talked about how the sole pulled away. I had the same thing happen with mine...in 2003. They've changed the way the sole is connected to the shoe, and is no longer a problem. There's cushioning within the shoe that makes them very comfortable. I walk all day long, and definitely can tell the difference with these, compared other deck shoes I've had. I might mention that I do wear an A-width shoe. I purchased the B-width. I can wear them with comfort, but can slip them off without having to untie them. I can say they're true to size because I can take them off without untying them. If they were A-width, I'd have to untie them. That's not what I wanted. Really though, they absorb impact extremely well, and are comfortable all day long. I normally polish my shoes the day I receive them, to insure a barrier to water. I didn't with these, and they're doing great so far. I've literally worn them every working day since they've arrived and still love them. These are now my spring and summer shoes. My fall and winter shoes, just so you don't think I'm someone trying to sell for the company, is Russell Moccasin. I have them custom made, but they cost a crap load, and takes about nine months to receive your order. These, I received within a week. Great shoes, and well worth the less than one hundred dollars!

Could end up a 5
I think I'm reviewing this a little prematurely but so far they're great and I see even greater potential. Obviously really well made when you handle/wear them. Sturdy sole, nice design and the leather is a strong quality. It's firm but with some give. Bought these to be a versatile summer shoe, something I could slip on with jeans, khakis, shorts with or without socks...so far they have looked great in everything I've tried (yet to hit shorts weather) and comfort is developing as they break in. First wearing there were some touch points that rubbed a little, second less so, and it seems every time I wear them they break in a little while still staying firmly on the foot. Haven't gone sock-less yet either (since no shorts) but based on wearing with thin socks I think they'll be perfect for anything but a mountain hike. Highly recommended!

Great shoe but unfortunately shade model is not for me!
Nice looking comfortable boat shoe. The suede leather is nice and will be appreciated by most customers. However, I had to return the shoe because the soft tongue would fold down on me when putting on the shoe. I’m handicapped and use a long Amazon shoe horn but can’t bend over far enough to reach and pull or hold the tongue. The Rockport Beeswax leather model is a heavy leather and poses no problems for me. It is about $35 more but so much more durable. I’ve worn mine hard over one year and they still look great. Love the fact that they have the narrow widths. The size is 12N and works for me. I’ve ordered a second pair of the heavier bees wax model. So, yes I do like that particular shoe.

Great shoe with one big flaw
Its a fantastic looking shoe that can be worn for many occasions. I can wear it with dress pants or just jeans. The only issue is that the sole doesn't cover the entire base of the the show, only half of the shoe is covered by the sole. As someone who sweats a lot, this is a huge issue because moisture on the inside of the show makes it very uncomfortable and the color from the leather of the shoe will start to rub onto my feet, making them look like they've been through the mud. Despite this huge flaw, its a great shoe that I wear nearly everyday.

Excellent style and fit. The perfect summer slip on shoe.
These are a great pair of boat shoes. I previously had a pair of Rockports from years ago that I recently got rid of due to issues not related to wear and tear and knew that I'd get another pair. They run a little larger than some shoes, so while I wear a 9 for some brands, I'm an 8.5 for these. Knowing this, they fit perfectly. Since I have a bit of a wide foot, I untied them, put them on, and then retied them. Overall a nice fit, comfortable, and just as good on an hour long walk as they are just heading to the mailbox. For a casual summer shoe, I highly recommend these.

They are actually wide and feel great out of the box!
I have never owned a pair of boat shoes before, so I decided to go the trendy route and order a pair of Sperry boat shoes in XW. What a joke they were!! They weren’t even close to being a wide shoe and were promptly returned. So, after looking around for something similar in style, I found this Rockport shoe. Frankly, I can’t believe how well these fit, and how comfortable they are out of the box. I usually wear a 9.5 4E sneaker (New Balance) and the Rockport 9.5 XW fit just as well as my NB sneakers. I just wore them for most of my recent vacation, and they were super comfy. In fact, I kinda’ drove my wife nuts by saying how much I liked these shoes multiple times.

Podrían informarme como hacer para reclamar la garantía de este artículo. Lo compre en noviembre y ahora que se iban a usar resulta que están abiertos de la suela
