Q: how is this served cold in a pasta salad?

Good. It holds it's shape and texture well. Granted you do not overcook the pasta. I made my pasta salad, refrigerate it and ate it over days.

Q: Is this soluable tapioca fiber or IMO fiber?

Tapioca fiber. But it is not good. We threw ours away.

Q: Is the Tapioca Fiber in the ingredients IMO or non-IMO?
