Q: How many ounces are these bags? It’s says 11 in one place and 2.5 in another

The ones I got were 11oz. Please bare in mind that they will send you 3, 11oz. bags every month until you tell them to stop. I can't eat that many pretzels in a months time to keep up with what they send you as well as charge you for them.

Q: Are they broken up into little pieces from shipment?

Just got them today and the first bag we opened is all broken up pieces. But they are still delicious.
