I recently purchased BodyShop’s Body Butter British Rose and was extremely disappointed with the product. Upon opening the container, I was greeted with a strong smell of petroleum rather than the expected scent of rose. To make matters worse, I noticed that the label on the container was the old version. When I contacted a Body Shop employee to inquire about this, they confirmed that the product was indeed old and that they do not sell this version anymore.It is unacceptable for a company to sell potentially expired products to its customers. Not only is it misleading, but it can also be harmful to use expired skincare products. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this product from this buyer to anyone.先日、ここからボディショップのBody Butter British Roseを購入したのですが、非常に残念な結果になりました。容器を開けると、期待したバラの香りではなく、石油の強い臭いがしました。さらに、容器に貼られているラベルが旧版であることに気がつきました。ボディショップの従業員に問い合わせたところ、その製品は確かに古いものであり、ボディショップではもう販売しておりません。古い製品を顧客に販売することは、企業として許されることではありません。誤解を招くだけでなく、期限切れの可能性のスキンケア製品を使用することは有害であることもあります。非常に失望しており、この製品を誰にも勧めません。

The media could not be loaded. 左が今回こちらで購入した並行輸入品とやらの商品。右が、左の商品が届いてキレて買い直した正規品です。どうですか？見た目も違うし、こちらで買った左のは悪臭がします。残念です。おすすめしません。

レビュー見てから買えば良かったです。バラの匂いは一切せず、粘土みたいな油の匂いがしてめっっちゃ臭いです。。

蓋を開けた途端油脂の劣化した香りがして、ローズの香りは全くなかった。色も黄色くかなり古いもののようだ。以前も使用したことがあるが、こんな臭いははじめてでものすごい衝撃を受けた。ひどい。買い直します。

古い型の販売なら、きちんとそれを画像に上げるべき。それを納得の上での購入なのでしかも容器の底割れて、中身出てました。即返品。

においをかいだら、とてもボディショップのものとは思えませんでした、、、。
