Q: I would like to wear this over my undershirt (a white tshirt) but under my dress shirt at the office. How noticeable would this product be?

I have worn my brace underneath golf shirts without detection. The brace has a low profile but can, in my opinion, can be detected. Regarding dress shirt, it would depend on the shirt and preferred fit of that shirt. A cotton classic fit shirt would work best. A tighter fitting 'Euro' fit shirt may be more revealing. Also, transparency of the shirt fabric would be an issue. A lighter weight white fabric dress shirt would reveal the brace... much like a white sleeveless tank type T-shirt can be detected.

Yes, it’s good for heavy work. I’m 5’7” 175 lbs it fits width wise but it’s too tall for me and bunches up in the back.

If its not put on just rite you will see the shoulder straps bulge in the back. The product does what it advertises. But getting the ride height of the lumbar area will be key to getting the shoulder strap where it meets the back flat enough to not be seen.
