一日の摂取量で日本の厚生省が推奨するビタミンA 2400を遥かに上回る7500mcg RAE がこのカプセルにはあるのでこの点だけは留意。 カプセルの粒は25ミリの長さ、太さ7ミリ弱あり、色は黒に近いこげ茶で光沢のあるゼリービーンズを思い浮かべる。もう少し小さく色も明るい方が清潔感があって良いと思うのだが、やはりお国柄なのかなあ。 飲み込めはするけど、喉を通る時にややつっかかる抵抗があるので女子、子供には不向き。 アメリカ産のサプリはみんなこんなもの、錠剤などもおおぶりなものが多いですね。 中身の成分は確かなものなので信頼しております。

I like any vitamin that combines what I want to take, in the amounts I want to take, into one pill or capsule, and this is one of them. I was buying direct from there site, and it was great to start with, but then I started issues with the site not working properly and I couldn't get them resolved. I've since found reviews giving Swanson low marks. I never had any issue with their products, but I keep wondering just how can you actually tell if a vitamin is doing anything for you? Myself, I will intermittently stop taking one, usually one I take for joint health, as I'm aging and have joint problems. That one is easy, if things hurt after stopping it, I restart taking it. Sitting here, without looking it up, I can't recall why I want the A or selenium, but the C is the antioxidant, which I do still take additional C, and the E was one of the recommendations I had for hot flashes, and in my mix, the benefits fit for other reasons too. I don't think anything stops hot flashes and I'm still surprised I haven't just spontaneously combusted at all over the last decade. All that aside, what I want in one easy to swallow, tasteless (honestly, as long as it isn't a bad taste....) at as price affordable to me, it's a favorite vitamin I keep buying.

It is rare to find this in any major retail stores. To find this and for the price is a steal!!!
