Installed by a contractor that said it was one of the nicest and easiest to install systems he had seen in a while.....also was surprised by the price for such great quality. Pressure is perfect. Even my six year old loves his new rain shower

No instructions what so ever included. Couldn’t find one video or anything. Looks great. Horrible to install

It looks great, works like a charm but it’s only been used for 2 weeks. So the only reason I give it a 4 star is time will tell if it will get a 5 star.

Im a contractor by trade and was hesitant on ordering this. For someone who is not a contractor, know the directions are horrible. They shouldnt have sent anything at all and you would be better off. Its just pictures. The main valve body outlets leaked, I had to tighten them so much i was afraid of breaking it. The ceiling shower head extension is leaking and i have to get a new one, which sucks. And the print on the diverting knob is backwards. I soaked my floor thinking i was pressurizing the shower head portion... The body wash isnt a large as i thought it was but i can deal with that, im more afraid that its going to leak though. Ill update once the bathroom is completed. This is part of a full bathroom renovation for our master bath.

Works fantastic. Love the wand, but the rainfall is a showstopper. Perfect finishing touch to a custom shower

In a different bathroom we spent $10000 with a firm called Reborn locally and their fixture was a piece of crap. This piece has been stellar. It gets used daily. The quality is there ---- we did have a separation on the rainhead and the firm prompty sent us a new one. Would buy from them again. VERY HAPPY

I really wish I could give this 5 stars, but it has one fatal flaw! The handheld piece has no mechanism to keep it in the wall holder, so it falls out of the holder constantly. This scares me because it’s made of metal and it’s relatively heavy, so I’m afraid it’s going to crack the tile.As for the rest of the system, I love it! We suffered from extremely bad water pressure, so I was hesitant to buy this because the shower head was so large. I am pleased to say my water pressure is now even better than before, especially on the handheld piece.I love the on/off/temperature handle because you can leave it set on the temperature you want even after your turn the shower off. This means no guess work!The installation was relatively easy for this system, except that it doesn’t come with a few of the fittings needed to connect the water. This is an easy fix though as you can buy them at the local hardware store.
