Substances on the REACH SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) list are not intentionally added by our suppliers to the resins used to make our plastic bottles. Q: I received my bottle this days and no seal and the label look like a copy from other. Are this bottle are supose to have a seal?

To ensure you are purchasing a genuine Thayers item make sure the seller says “Shipped and Sold by Amazon.” If you purchase from a third-party seller make sure their seller rating is admirable and their reviews are positive. Never use a product that's tamper-proof seal has been compromised. Q: Can I put this in a spray bottle and use it as face mist?

Absolutely! I get 2oz amber glass spray bottles and put all the (Rose, Lavender, Cucumber) Toners in them. That way I have the Thayer’s bottles to use with cotton rounds when I’m using it to cleanse my face just as a refresher, and spray it on as a Toner after washing. Works perfectly! No need to buy “different delivery systems” of the same product. ;)

良い商品だけど、匂いがダメ

無香料タイプを以前に購入し、使い終わって、使用感はとても気に入っていたので、今回はキューカンバーの匂い付きのものを清涼感も加わって良いかなと購入してみました。残念。自分自身も、その香りを嗅いだ家族たちも、苦手な匂いでした。もう二度と買いません。無香料にします。
