It's great for the price
It's a 45 dollar meat grinder, manage your expectations. I personally am thankful for companies that make cheaper products that still perform the basic tasks their more expensive counterpart can do for a small fraction of the price. This is fine for someone wanting to grind some chicken or turkey to make patties or sirloin and chuck into steak burgers but if you think you are going to process an entire cow, pig or deer on a cheap machine then that's on you. Yes the body and tray are aluminum and you can't wash them in the dish washer but you can clean them with soap and water in less then 5 minutes and if scary bacteria that you think only high temps of a dishwasher will take care of is an issue how about you just soak them in the diluted bleach and water solution for a while instead. It comes with a kubbe attachment plus 3 albeit plastic but still sturdy stuffing tubes and 3 grinding plates and an extra blade. No it's not a LEM but for small tasks it does just fine. You get what you pay for with this. It's not great but it's affordable and does what it is supposed to do as long as you know how to do it. As for the instructions. They are basic as they should be. If you do any research at all into what kind of grinder you need to to whatever you are trying to accomplish then you should know how to put together 90% of the grinders on the market and what plates to use for whatever you are doing. Even if you feel the grinder is underpowered or you think it's not worth the price because you just didn't want to pay more and yet still wanted more, then the attachment alone are worth over half the price by themselves It does have a 12 minute run time before it has to cool off. If your only doing some patties or just stuffing a small amount of sausage, brats, pepperoni, or using the kubbe attachment for whatever people use it for then it does a great job for the price It seems relatively well built and beets the heck out of cranking a manual grinder and even though I haven't used mine that often yet, I think it will last for quite a while as long as it is used for small tasks and that it was built for. To sum it up small tasks and simple projects it is perfect and worth every penny. But if you think you are going to fill your deep freezer with ground sausage or burger quit being cheap and spend more on a machine that was built for it. Get a LEM, make a huge batch of meat sticks sausage links and send me some just don't post bad reviews on cheap products because you think they should be just as good as the ones you don't want to pay for

This was a great purchase...
Purchased during Prime week. Shipping was as stated. Packaging was usual, nothing out of the ordinary or to be noted. Instructions were great and useful. Assembly was a breeze. This is my first time using a meat grinder and I had no issue with functionality. This is a great value and did exactly what i needed it to do. The noise level was that of a low level blender. I think that should be expected. It comes with a few different attachments. I have only used the grounding attachment. I was very pleased with the grind quality. I plan to use the additional attachments and will hopefully remember to update this review. I do have one issue. I will still give the 5 star review, because I was able to finish. I believe the unit was starting to get hot. Not sure if I had a larger amount of meat, I would have ran into an issue. The instructions does state however, that this in not "industrial". So be mindful of your purchase if you intend to to a large sum of meat in one setting. I believe I ground appox. 3-4 lbs.

Powerful meat grinder
Very powerful little machine for $40 bucks. I needed it for grinding up meat for sausages. Small but powerful, very easy to assemble and easy to use. Gave it 5 stars.

It is not quiet
I wasn't confident about the pre-mixed ground meat I bought outside, so I decided to grind the meat myself, especially the beef. For me, the size is just right. It's enough for our daily use at home. The material looks good. There are no rough burrs and no strange smell. The safety locking knob is a great addition because I have a naughty little boy at home. Before using it, I have to turn the knob in place to start it. Otherwise, it won't turn on. It can prevent accidental touching of the switch and accidental startup. So far, it's working properly and easy to clean. My only complaint is that the noise is louder than I expected. Even with the kitchen door closed, sounds can still be heard in the living room.
