箱が潰れ、空いた状態で届きました。 新品かどうかも分からず。 元々潰れていたのか、潰れやすいのかわかりませんが、開封された状態の様子は、利用者を不安にさせます。 確認のうえ、発送をお願いしたいです。

Purchased because our cat was not taking the new cat well. After 3+ weeks of use, there is no improvement at all. I cannot say if it works or not for other problems, but for a territorial cat it did nothing.

送らせて来た状態の外装は破れも無く良かったのですが、中身を見てビックリしました。 箱の状態がなく箱の角もぐちゃぐちゃにになっておりました。 配送時に潰れたのであれば外装の状態も潰れ感がありますがその様な状態は外装には見られませんでした。 海外からの輸入商品ですが 余りにも情けない状態で 気持ちも落ち込み残念でした。

中身が大丈夫ならいいのですが、あまり気持ちいいものではありませんね。 安くはないので。

It does what it supposed to. Our incredibly hyper cat is a much calmer cat. Still has a mad 5 minutes but nothing like he used to. This is the second one I've brought and noticed the difference when the first one ran out. We now have affectionate lick kisses instead of biting and scratching,. A very good product x
