Using these on an X-carveThese work excellently, and I have run the machine now for ~8 hours of active milling with no signs of wear on the 1mm bit.Words of advise on run speed. All steps below assume default machine settings for Pass DepthThe 1.5mm+ bits can handle 15inch/min XY feed rate on HDPE. I have found that 12inch/min is the ceiling on the 1mm bit, again on HDPE.On Oak, I have found no need to lower XY Feed Rate for the 1mm bit. The default setting of 28 in/min worked without any bit damage.

Use them on my CNC table to cut wood and they do a great clean accurate job. Absolutely worth it and I'll buy more when these wear out. Was using the 1mm on some birch ply, walnut, and oak and they cut through like butter leaving a finished surface that required zero sanding. Very happy with the results. Better than purchasing a separate large format CO2 laser when some cuts and pockets are required and just as fast if not faster.

The bits have done the job, but I have broken several of them in a CNC machine.

Awesome bits! Using them in a 3018 pro cnc machine. Obviously, I’m not pushing them as far as I could but at a conservative feed rate, they work like a charm!

A good set for starting out routing.They left a nice surface finish on the walls and floor of some plyboard and I'm sure they'll be even better for plastics.

Work well for narrow slot cutting using a Dremel tool and router stand

Arrived on time. Bits are what was advertised. Won't get to run them for a few weeks so that's why 4 stars.

I have used the 1 mm and 2mm end mils from this set extensively of the last few weeks and they have performed admirably for me. I have been doing lithophane picture curving into translucent acrylic using the 1mm ball nose, and I found the 2 mm just right for carving slots and holes into walnut where an 1/8 end mill won't work. I have had no breakages at all.

Vienen bien protegidas cada una en su estuche de plástico. Están fabricadas con precisión y bien afiladas, a primera vista son de buena calidad. En cuanto al corte funcionan bien, las he usado en madera y plástico para pequeños cortes y no he tenido problemas. Tienen buen corte y desalojo rápido de material, lo que es imprescindible para el plástico. Las uso en una mini CNC 3018, he hecho algún grabado superficial en aluminio (texto) a 0.2mm y con una velocidad baja (200mm/min / 12000RPM / BLDC 240W) han funcionado bien. No me he atrevido a subir el feeding por si me salta algo a la cara, que no sería la primera vez...Me han parecido bien en general, por este precio las volvería a comprar otra vez.

Las herramientas flexan un poco al mecanizar, utilizado para Contrachapado normal de 5 capas 15mm con makita Rt700 en CNC, velocidad alta y avance lento.

+ Sehr scharf und genau.+ Bleibt lange scharf.Nichts negatives zu berichten.Nutze sie sehr vielseitig.

Fraises installées sur une machine à commande numérique Charly Robot pour de l'usinage sur bois. RAS. Je recommande.
