LOVE this GUM!!!!! so glad to have found this gum. recently in janurary i was told i had to loose weight because of elevated liver enzymes. so i did. was at 280 in janurary and now down to 226. Had also a upper GI over due for 6 years, had to get one done. Found out that i had to be put back on the omevprozal 40mg and will probably be on that for the rest of my life. I was put on the GERD diet, also found out that i have a hiatal hernia. Due to the dietary restrictions i have to eat i lost the function of chewing gum, SOOOO i thought. I was researching artifical sugar free gum and this popped up! I couldn’t believe a gum made with simple ingrediants would actually be good for you in the long run. Going threw my life changing processes i have come to realize that even things we all think is healthy, isn’t. So many health options can cause problems that aren’t so good. Certain vergastables can give you extrme gas, or even cause acid to explode more in your gut. This gum was alife saver! 1 gram of added sugar per piece. NOT bad! When like me i dont eat added sugar at all. Or processed sugars. Or sugar alcohols. But for this gum to have organic cane sugar! Wow! And natural gum that comes from the gum tree. See i work at a local air port. Before i found out about my problems i would drink coffee at work like it was water. Or coke. But with my situation i have now, i havent drank caffien in 4 months. No soda, no coffee not even tea! The one thing that would help to keep my mind active and awake with the long hours at the front desk being a customer service rep was gum. Finding this gum was a blessing. Because of how natural it is, it was approved by my gastrointerologist! He said only the Giner flavor. It was the only flavor i could handle he said an it also in the process wouldnt damage my alsoready damaged esofogus. And the ginger will help with my stomach an also it is safe to eat being it has real organic cane sugar in it! And only 1 gram per piece! Men and women should only get a total of 26 grams of added sugar or 6 tea spoons per day. So chewing 2 pieces for me a day is a win! The flavor of the giner isnt over powering and its lightly sweet. And the flavor stays for hours of chewing. Does not leave a funky after taste in your mouth. And even comes with paper wrappers to put the chewed gum in when your tired of it. If your on the go thats a great thing to have! Id reccomend this to anyone whose having stomach problems, who has extreme dietary restrictions like me, or just wants a more natural treat to chew on threw the day instead of artifcal sugars and chewing plastic.

From my perspective as a person that purchases ginger gum for nausea (sea, air, car sickness) and has only purchased one type in the past (Sea-Band). This brand is extremely different. You can see that the gum itself isn't very appealing, as it looks like animal food pellets, but I can get past that; however, the ginger flavor is very minimal. You will need to chew two of these (which is the stated "serving") in order to have any substance and that doesn't really seem to effect the mildness of the flavor. The gum is very sticky. It stuck to my teeth and within a couple of minutes it was getting so thin that it felt like it was disintegrating. So much so I had to throw it out within a couple of minutes. I'd caution you to not touch the gum when you throw it out, which may be why they include the "Post chew wraps". Whether it works when I'm starting to feel nauseous, I have yet to determine, but my guess is that it will not and if it did, it would be very inefficient to chew two pieces for a minute or two and then chew two more, and on and on. Not to mention how much space this would take up since I would need to constantly chew two pieces and then replace them, etc. I think I would give this zero stars if I could, but one seems fair since it's "Natural", fresh ("best by" date is 3/12/2023), the packaging is nice, and it has the cute little "Post chew wraps".

Comes in little very soft “nuggets” similar to a large “pellet” of rabbit food (given just as an example) within each smaller box; nothing to have to unwrap inside each individual tiny box within the larger box - very convenient!!! The tiny box fits in your pocket with other things easily. Tastes WAY, WAY better than other brands that have an immediate burning feeling/taste when you pop them in your mouth. This gum DOES NOT do that. Much better flavor & more mild feeling/taste. This gum was very mild tasting compared to the other awful ginger gums I’ve tried; all of which are available on Amazon in this same “ginger gum” category. They were way too strong/awful/unusable/had to throw them away. For this gum, each little gum box also comes with tiny papers on one side of the box to use to wrap/dispose of your gum after you’re finished with it. This ginger gum holds its flavor well & stays together while chewing. It’s slightly sticky when you take it out when done. Another reviewer below complained of “sugar” being in it. It says natural cane sugar on the box & thank goodness it has this as otherwise it would taste too strong or too organic like dirt or grass etcetera. My goodness…what in the world do they want or expect? You can’t please everyone. This gum is great! Fighting incurable cancer for over eight years straight & this & also peppermint gum help with the more mild nausea on days where you just can’t take anymore prescription nausea pills. This gum gives you a break from nausea meds without all of the side effects. 🙂👍🏻💡

How did I not know what garbage was in regular chewing gum? But I didn't. Now I do, and these are delicious. Just bought two more flavours.

Sadly nowhere as nice as the Gin Gin toffee. Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought them to help with feeling nauseous and they worked up to a point, as I found them rather strong, so couldn't chew them for long enough. However, a friend who is pregnant, found them really helpful. They are quite expensive, but worth it if used just when necessary and not continuously, like regular chewing gum.

I purchased this gum for several reasons, one of which was to help in some small way with my acid refulx, something that Simply Gum does mention in the description. There is a nice picture of a ginger root on the label, and the packaging is great. But here's where I'm having an issue. Even though in their marketing on this product they state it has ginger oil, the word GINGER is not mentioned at all in the ingredients. Here they are as listed on the box and keep in mind that ingredients (at least in Canada) are supposed to be listed from the largest percentage of the product, to the lowest.) Ingredients Organic, Raw Cane Sugar Natural Chicle Base (chicle candelilla wax, citric acid) Natural flavor Organic Vegetable Glycerin Organic Rice Flour The end............ Don't see the word ginger in any of those and the only possible place it could be would be in the "Natural Flavor" which is normally a catch all for just about anything the manufacturer wants to put in it. So based on that, I cannot recommend this product. It tastes fine, and yes that natural flavor does taste like ginger, but the fact that it's not even shown in the ingredients, is a deal breaker to me. Feeling somewhat mis led and ripped off.
