I wish I had known about this sooner! I wasn’t told about these comfortable foam pads for use under my abdominal binder until the third week after my liposuction. These are a game changer for keeping the binder from rubbing slipping and jamming into your abdomen. Yes, they are a little warm when you’re walking your dog in the summer, but they are washable.

These things are a life saver with the swelling. Stuff them into my compression garment and I immediately feel better.
