Lovely creamy lemon ice cream it's delicious arrived quickly wish it was a bit cheaper though it's so tasty & creamyMy recipe 150g lemon ice powder 300ml double cream whipped 300ml milk then I churn it in my life cream maker half way through I added some crushed up meringue nests and added some on top then into the freezer to firm up absolutely delicious the mix fills a 1ltr tub so with my ratio you should get a few ltr's out of the packet.

Excellent product
This is lovely smooth ice cream with a light flavour of lemon, easy to make and eat.My only wish is that there should be instructions in English. I used a certain amount of common sense and worked out the numbers but it could prove difficult for some which would be a shame as this is a great product.
