Decent lamp, it was easy to put together although I was delicate with it as another reviewer suggested. The gold finish on mine is like a spray paint, so would probably scratch if you’re not careful. The bulb covers/globes are a thick milky plastic, but don’t look too bad from across the room. One of the metal “cups” that the globes sit in was bent into a U instead of a nice even shape, but with some gentle pressure with pliers (using a cloth to protect the paint), and my hands, I was able to correct the shape. The lights themselves are a series of LEDs wired together that just press fits into the sockets. I don’t know how difficult it would be to replace should one of them break. Finally, the lamp is a dimmer switch, so it can go from a soft glow to extremely bright, almost too bright to look at. I do feel that the price is a little expensive for the quality, but understand there are some less-standard parts on this lamp, which could be affecting the price.

This is a pretty good lamp, it's bright enough for a bedroom and you can also dim the light if needed. It was very easy to put together and didn't take long. Price I feel is a little spendy.

I am pleased with this lamp. It is sturdy, solid and looks nice. It took about 15 minutes at the most to get in out of the box, put it together and get it in place. It comes out of the box in several segments that you have to screw together. Each segment has a black plastic cap on it. You must remove that cap from each segment before you screw it into the segment above it. A lot of lamps like this that consist of segments you have to screw together wind up wobbly, crooked and not sturdy. This lamp is not like that. The segments screw together very firmly, and the bottom segment screws tightly into the base. When finished the lamp stand up straight, is solid and does not wobble. Three rectangular bulbs are included. You pop those into each socket and then screw the plastic – not glass – globes onto the mounts. I light the touch of having the top globe look like a flower. If you put that in front, the two round globes provide a nice backdrop for it. What I especially like is the power switch. Instead of a three way switch of dim, medium and bright, the switch is a progressive dimmer switch. You simply turn the lamp on and keep turning the knob until you get the brightness you want. Overall, I really like this light. It goes together quickly, it is solid and sturdy when finished, and it looks really nice.
