What I love about this product is that it is all natural. It is made from organic rice. Vitamin E is really important for the skin and other bodily functions. I recommend this product.

This is not a fiber supplement. It's for vitamins. Note the word "Solubles" in the name. If you are looking for Rice Bran for fiber, this is not it.

I’ve been taking Tocos for a few years and have tried and failed to get it from Amazon before. The product from other sellers was rancid (bitter), but when everywhere else off line was sold out and not getting it back in stock, I thought I’d give this seller a try. I’m beyond happy getting the bag today was not only fresh and wonderful, but so sweet that I had to check the ingredients and make sure that there wasn’t something added to it.

We used rice bran solubles to sprinkle on the FSOCC mixture as described within the Budwig diet. We were using the Budwig diet to combat my friend's cancer, but the taste of the FSOCC mixture was unbearable to both of us until we mixed stevia, ground cinnamon, and rice bran solubles to the mixture. The taste of this raw brand tocotrienols is amazing. I can eat it alone by the spoonful, but when I sprinkle about 2 tablespoons on top of the FSOCC mixture, it definitely neutralizes the taste. BTW, my friend no longer has cancer and we still eat food/supplements such as this to satisfy our body's need for fat soluble antioxidants.

Overall, it seems to be a pretty good product. I haven't seen any obvious results, but Toco's have so many benefits beyond skin, that I am hoping it is just working under the surface.There are a lot of unanswered questions on the packet- for example how many mg of Toco's is in a serving. Also the serving size on the back is pretty huge, 1 oz. There is no way I would be able to consume that in a day.I put this in smoothies mostly. Although, when I am in a rush I will add it to my coffee with a little coconut oil and blend it up bulletproof style. (about a Tablespoon of the tocos and a teaspoon of coconut oil and a little cinnamon if I am feeling fancy)Make sure that you take this with a oil or fat- it will upset your stomach without it and won't be absorbed.

This product is the perfect addition to my healthy protein shake!!! The benefits of increasing your immune system, antioxidants, decreasing inflammation and more, makes it a “must have” for your diet!!! I also love sprinkling over my salads and meals!

Item is deceptively labeled. It is 100% Rice Bran Solubles. It MIGHT have some tocotrienols, but it would most likely be just trace amounts. If you read the nutritional facts box on the back, there is NOTHING that indicates that it has ANY tocotrienols. If they were 100% tocotrienols as stated on the front, they wouldn't have the level of protein, sugar, fats OR cholesterol listed. Further, since tocotrienols are a form of vitamin E, vitamin E would be listed in the Nutrition Facts box, but ZERO is listed. Run, don't walk away if you are looking for tocotrienols
