Premium Organic Japanese Roasted Roasted Green Tea Powder: The roasted tea powder is made from Japanese green tea harvested in Shizuoka Prefecture. Steam, roast and crush green tea leaves to create a naturally sweet and smooth aromatic green tea powder. Organic green tea powder has less caffeine content than regular steamed green tea, and can be used as Japanese green tea latte powder for smoothies, cakes, desserts, etc. Even roofing tea powders can be made like traditional matcha. Boil fresh water with a kettle and cool to about 176°F (80°C). Fill the matcha bowl with 1/3 full warm water and preheat it. Place the bamboo whisk in water for 1 minute to soften the bristles and empty the bowl to dry. Place 2 pieces of bamboo scoops (tea scoops) in a bowl of about 0.08 oz (2 g) of broom tea. Pour 60-100ml of warm water into the matcha bowl and lather for 1-2 minutes until the tea is lathered.
