I've had this a few months, i put the blades in very carefully, back clasp very tight. yet the blade is now slipping when i shave. what gives?
Is it possible to expose the blade as much as it is shown in the picture?

Any double edge (DE) blade will work - you will just have to fold and 'pop' them in half. The single blade (pre-cut DE blades) are what to use for ease of installation. This shavette does come with a 100 pack of Derby blades which are great for use in a shavette as they are inexpensive and give a good shave.
