This is cheap copy, the shovel and pick are made of thin lightweight metal, probably break on first use, good for a kids toy in sandbox, or a day at the beach, heck the compass doesn't even work, good thing I bought it for cleaning my cats litter box. It'll probably work for that too !

I would rate it a 5 but the area where you loosen/tighten to move the shovel to pick is a little sticky sometimes. I do loosen it a bit with wd40 and that works out great!1) the metal handle and shovel are pretty durable and I have been able to dig through some really tough/hard clay dirt2) the pick side is more like a narrow curved metal (hollow in middle) But it is pretty handy to use when loosening hard clay like dirtI really like this shovel and use it for gardening and digging areas in the yard for planting grass plugs
