For back aches, they’re great !
Been taking Doans Back pills since my back was injured. They do cost more than the generic brand, but, you always get what you pay for. Doans is a very reliable brand.

They are shipped out and you get them fast. When your hurting you don't want to wait. I'm older and still work in the yard on my house and on my cars. When my back gets hurting this product to me a lifesaver.

Trade one pain for another
Yes the Doans pills helped my back but and this is a big but, the Doans pills interfered with the Gabapentin I take for my neuropathy causing significant discomfort in my feet at night. I do not recommend if you are taking Gabapentin.
