High Resolution CCD USB Iriscope – Diagnostic Eye Camera with 12MP HD 30x Iris Lens and Driver-Free Analysis Software (12 MP)

I bought this product thinking this is the answer for taking pictures of the iris. Directions for use are very limited. It is very hard to use in that the button is in the wrong place to take the picture. It is located at the top of the camera so you have to slide your hand up to take the picture after focusing the camera, which causes the camera to move and the refocusing has to start all over again. The report that is generated contains misspelled words. Definitely can tell the product is not from USA. One cannot go into the software to pull up eye reports unless the camera and USB that comes with the product is attached; which is very inconvenient. One day after using the product the whole program crashed. It's not the computer, it's working fine. I tried reloading the program and still can not get it to come up. No contact information for trouble shooting can be found anywhere in the paperwork. Says it should have come with a stand. Didn't get one, but didn't think much of it as didn't really need one. Don't waste your money! Beyond disappointed!!
