Beagles on a short leash are SO 2017. We bought our 30 lb beagle this leash right before going on vacation and had a blast watching him run around like a mad man across the arctic tundra. We live in the city and it is pretty rare to have this much space and seclusion to run around so walking him with this was a real treat for our whole family.It's nice to see him have so much freedom and be able to let him do his beagle thing without us holding him back, but still be law abiding citizens following leash laws. This leash is pretty much standard with a loop at one end and a metal clip at the other. The clip was able to endure a 35 lb 30 mph dog yanking for two days straight with no signs of wear. I found the best way to manage the excess leash at the end of the walk was to use the same technique lifeguards use to collect rope for throw devices prior to hanging them. Google that if you find yourself struggling with winding 200' of leash.Another thing, one of the residents keeps the water circulating around their dock during the winter which leaves this really dangerous ice condition around their property. Our danger beagle naturally ran straight towards that as soon as we were on the ice and thankfully this leash kept him from falling in the freezing cold water. Beagle popsicles? Not if this leash has anything to do with it. Thanks for the cool product and keeping our beagle safe :)

Overall seems like a great leash. The length is extra long which is perfect for training my husky pup mix. Have yet to try it but the sturdiness of the leash itself seems like it would hold up with a medium sized dog. I like that in the loop theres a piece of material that makes it more comfortable to grab which seems to be an issue with other leashes. The thickness of the leash isnt quite to my liking but again it is a nylon leash so i wouldnt be too worried about it breaking or coming undone. Cant wait to use it i feel like its well worth it versus the $20-$30 prices youd pay at petsmart or petco.

I ordered the 200 foot, I cut it down to a 1 x 100', 1 x 50' , 1 x 25', and 2 x 12' . I use the 100' when I take him to the park and we play fetch as all dogs are supposed to be on a leash, does not say how long of a leash. 50' i use when I am in the garage and reaches right to the sidewalk. Have not used the 25' but carry it in my truck to use as a tie down. and the 12' I use for some dog walks, gives him a bit more room to roam, but still staying close.

This leash is high quality and worth the money over and over! I usually use a retractable leash for walking my chocolate lab. However, we were going to be camping at a lake where I wanted her to swim and play, but she was required to be on a leash the whole time per park rules. This leash was and still is absolutely perfect! Super long, handle/loop is padded and comfy, never rusted or came apart after being in the water and multille uses over many months now. I prefer to use this over the retractable leash now. It's lighter weight and I can control my dog better.

I use these types of long leashes to tie up my pugs whether at the river, or camping. The softness and thickness helps when these get tangled on human ankles. I've had the round skinny ones before for the same use and they hurt like the dickens when said human gets wrapped up. This leash will be just right!

Good basic leash. It feels strong and has padding on the hand hold which is nice. The clip is smaller so it won't go on easily on a big harness loop. It's strong enough for a big dog that pulls, but it's very thin and will unravel if there is the smallest tear. Not great if you have a puppy that chews.

Never considered another brand when I went to order a 10' leash to use while walking our dog locally. Bought the Hi Kiss 20' leash 1.5 years ago to assist in training our puppy. The lead still looks new after lot's of hiking & multiple washing. Very pleased with the product!

I was surprised by the quality of the product given the $7.99 price tag. It is perfect for tethering our 35 lb pitbull terrier rescue dog while we work on house breaking him. The 10 ft length gives him some walking space while keeping him in my eyesight.
