Life saver for anyone in a cast, or who has flexibility issues.
Not too rough, but rough enough to get rid of the itch. I bring mine with me everywhere I go, currently. Only complaint is that it holds the shape of a bend, still works without issue though. Highly recommended for anyone with a cast.
