Love this mat Keeps the sheet pan 100% clean and looking new This is what real pastry chefs and bakers use in Paris so I wanted to have the real thing! Easy to hand wash/rinse and air dry. Only thing I failed to do was measure my sheet pans. When the Silpat arrived, it was too large for my big box store sheet pans. So I actually replaced them with some from amazon that are the correct size for my Silpat. Very happy with my purchase!

Nonstick and saves on baking paper for a more sustainable outcome. It can remain oily after use, even after washing. I leave it on my cooling rack after washing so haven’t had an issue. It certainly makes cleaning up pans after baking pumpkin or other sticky dishes much easier.
