Q: how often are you using this? and how much each time?

I use it twice daily, as directed on the package.... 2 rounded tablespoons. Morning it is in my coffee, dinner time I put it in my water.

Q: Is tis product enzimatically hydrolized?

It is definitely hydrolyzed - which is apparently why it dissolves so readily. Whether or not that is done with an enzymatic process, I cannot say.

Q: some say keto certified, some say kosher, what is the difference in these collagens? very confusing

Kosher certification is given when a product can be verified by a Rabbi to meet the “clean” foods standard for Kosher living....Keto references a diet one adheres to keeping ones body in a state of “Ketosis”. A Ketogenic Diet is 60% healthy fats, 30% protein and 10% Carbohydrates. So, when a food meets the requirements to keep your body in a Ketosis State, it’s refereed to as “Keto”.
