They fit in my size 11 Tims so they should fit your size 12.

Q: Are these lightweight?

Yes they were light but I wasn’t comfortable With them, So I returned them.

Not sure...I'm a size 11 women's shoe, and uncut it is just about right. It might be too small.

Q: Would these fit ok in high top converse?

It may be a little uncomfortable at first, but you can adapt quickly.
