Every summer I struggled to find just the right blanket that worked for both my husband and myself. Most were either too heavy and we would wake up sweating halfway through the night, or too thin and we'd wake up shivering if the air conditioning was on. Finally I found this blanket, which is perfect for warm weather! The fabric is luxuriously soft, smooth and cool to touch, and machine washes and dries like a dream. It's a clean, bright white, so it matches any color sheets and bedroom decor. The wave stitching makes it look more high end than the basic baffle box stitch. It's wonderfully lightweight and comfy to snuggle into. Cool enough to be comfortable on those "windows open, no A/C" nights, but also warm enough that if we do need to turn on the air conditioning, we stay the perfect warmth under the blanket all night long. No longer do I have to switch out the bed blanket each night depending on the weather. This blanket is perfect for all summer long. Highly recommend.

Not cooling at all. I sleep very hot. This is just a standard comforter.

The blanket has a cool feeling with the type of fabric it is made of. It is silky and cool. However, within a short while, perhaps 10 minutes, you start to warm up as with a regular blanket. It keeps you quite warm while keeping your skin nice and cool at the same time. Wonderful! I bought my daughter one for a gift too!

I am a hot sleeper and occasionally have hot flashes. I was using a cotten chenille bedspreadand would get vey warm. I had to throw it off to cool down. It's February and I'm not evenusing a flat sheet with this new blanket. It warms up in about 5 to 10 minutes. If I'm in a coolroom it keeps me comfortable. Hot flashes sometimes leave my feet feeling hot. It can feelwarm if your running real hot. Nothing is perfect, but it's MUCH better than any other blanketI have tried over the years. Once asleep I don't wakeup from being too hot. I highly recommendyou give it a try.

This is a wonderful blanket, sometimes slides a bit, but it can be warm in winter and is cool in summer. It needs a heavier blanket added to it for the weight feel, but I would definitely recommend it.
