Directions
Measure 30g (1 heaped scoop) in to a Protein Dynamix shaker bottle and add 200ml of cold water or milk (adjust amount of liquid to suit your flavour requirements). Shake until mixed and consume immediately. We recommend 2-3 servings per day. Ideal for use in-between meals, as well as before and after exercise. All products come with an appropriate scoop.

Good taste and value for money
Good and tasty shake. I use it for breakfast combined with hemp protein powder and water. Lost 3kg in a month, but I also exercise 4-5 times a week. Feeling that my healthy transition has began slowly but truly. I recommend this shake as its good value for the price and it tastes great compare to other diet shakes. Give yourself time to loose the weight, listen to your body, eat more times but always small portions and exercise - loosing weight healthy and loosing actual body fat does not come from sitting and watching tv whilst drinking shakes.

Did absolutely nothing at all I was eating the right things, gong to the gym to balance out and all it did was make me feel sick. Would not recommend

Great tasting and with the added benefit of CLA
Never been a big fan of diet whey due to taste with the extras thrown in but Protein Dynamix had pulled this one off. Great tasting and with the added benefit of CLA, L Carnitine and Green tea extract is a bonus, especially the fact you can't taste the added ingredients either.

Dieting has never been this fun!
I think it's important when looking to drop fat to get enough protein in, what I like about this is the added ingredient stack to help burn fat, some people don't like chucking loads of pills down their neck and having the option to have the extracts, all natural may I add, in their shakeHelps it tastes much better than all of those meal replacement pyramid marketing 'diet' shakes too (that's another story!)
