LED High Bay Light 150W, 19500LM 5000K 100-277V, Dimmable UFO Light for Warehouse, ETL Listed 5-Year Warranty

I use Kadision LED lights in my commercial airplane hangar building (150W UFO LED High Bay Light Fixture, 19500lm). These Kadision LED lights are great lights. They are very bright and provide more than enough light to work on our airplanes.When I was first shopping for LED lights, I saw several companies selling them that offered various levels of warranties. Kadision offered a 10-year warranty! I wrote to each LED light company to ask how and to whom I would make a warranty claim, if something did not work well. The customer service team at Kadision answered my email immediately - no other company even answered my email warranty inquiry. When I needed to have a light replaced, the Kadision customer service team responded immediately again! They shipped me a new light the same day I wrote to them for assistance – the actual replacement LED light arrived in two days at my front door! Kadision backed up their warranty promises with fast action – I have not found this sort honesty and customer service in very many companies these days – it is extraordinary!I highly recommend Kadision LED lights, their company and their customer service team with no reservations whatsoever!

I purchased 5 of these lights and 2 of them do not work anymore after one year of light usage. They suppose to have a 5 year warranty but I cannot get in contact with anyone from this company. I do not recommend..

I bought several of these. Noticed this one was substantially dimmed on it's own after about 9 months use.We do not have dimmers in line, it is direct wired to 277 VAC, as with all our hi bay lights.The other is still working fine.

Adds great lighting

As with other reviews, great product. Best value in terms of lumens/$. The 12" cord is short unless you hang close to power and CANNOT be refitted (in spite of suppliers note back - see questions - unit is sealed from access). So if you need a longer cord, you will have to use something like this to splice -ASEL Junction Box IP68 Weatherproof Outdoor / External Gland Electrical Sleeve Coupler Cable Ø 5-10mm 3-pin (4 Pack)I did this, but ended up simply mounting the outlet close enough to forego the splice.This puppy is BRIGHT. Liked it so much I will likely buy another.

I bought three of these LED lights on May 19, 2018; within 18 months one of them failed.As one may see from the picture of two of the lights, one is indeed very bright, the other dead.The lights are supposedly warrantied for five years. I remain optimistic that the seller will honor their warranty and will update once that determination is clear.Delightful to say the seller provided a new unit under warranty - the unit was updated a bit and wasn’t an exact match (from a purist point of view), but functionally was the same. Tough to find a manufacturer that stands behind their product these days. I’ve accordingly changed my rating to 5 stars

The media could not be loaded. Installed 9 of these and one started to flicker with in 6 months. Not sure what the warranty is.
