These are perfect!
I take these vitamins regularly for my health because my immune system sucks. They’re easy to swallow, they seem to easily absorb, they’re effective, and the quality/dosage is great for the price. They’re not sticky, but I would definitely recommend keeping them in a cool dry climate.

Excelente producto y marca de Vitamina C
Comprar esta marca desde hace varios años habla por sí misma. Yo, en particular tomo 2-3 gramos diarios, ¿por qué?, pues porque quiero y porque lo tolero bien. Es muy raro que me de un resfriado, no padezco de cálculos renales, ni hipertensión, ni gastritis. Nunca he leído algún estudio clínico que lo contradiga el uso de la dosis personal que uso. He leído que el premio Nobel, Linus Pauling, tomaba hasta 6 gramos a diario y revisen cuántos años vivió. Eso sí, las cápsulas no son chicas.
