Aleon 19" International Carry-On Champagne

This is what a great, practical carry-on case should always be. After Alaska Airlines changed their carry on guidelines I searched for a bag that would hold enough and met the new, stricter requirements and found this case by Aleon. I have spent so much on carryon bags with different features over the years that I really wanted something that would last a while. The organizational features inside are simply genius. I carry the laptop in a shoulder bag but it could easily go in here as well. I can fit my size 12 shoes, clothes and accessories for a two day trip, or business papers and stuff. After having taken this bag on three international and two domestic trips, on two of which I was asked to put it in the hold, it still looks virtually brand new. The Champagne color is darker than I imagined which I really appreciated. People comment on how professional yet distinctive it looks. Women tend to think it won’t be able to hold enough for their taste until I explain why I bought it. Then they come around when I open it and show how much it can easily hold. The wheels and locks are sturdier than I thought at first glance. The handle bar holds up really well even when I have the bag fully loaded. Highly recommended.

I was super excited to get this little suitcase. I took it to my first trip after two months of just having it at home. It is very spacious and appeared to be well made until it turned into a nightmare for me. One wheel got detached , it simply unscrewed itself and the back screw started to run around inside the textile lining which does not open. Thanks God I caught that wheel and I was stock in the middle of the airport with an open suit , trying to catch the screw through the lining inside and trying to screw the wheel back through the lining as well. IT was super hard , since the screw was just scrolling but not twisting. I somehow did it but I had 3 more flights that week and this happened three more times.I am sorry , for this price ??? I have to deal with that ? I am super disappointed and wondering if it is just my luck or those positive reviews above are not real ....

Great bag that fits in regional jets' overhead bins. The compression panels are excellent and have allowed me to abandon the packing squares I had to previously use with another bag, which saves time and some space. The wheels seem to be great (low resistance) and the multi-stage handle has enough locking points for any user. Highly recommend...moved from Hartmann's international-sized carry on to Aleon's and not looking back. The bag also gets looks in the airport, so I'm not the only one who thinks it's attractive! The champagne color is darker (better from my perspective) than the color appears in the photos.

Love everything about it, especially the great price through a warehouse deal. Fits in the overhead bin of a regional jet. Rolls like a dream. My briefcase fits comfortably on top. Plus, I meet lots of new people commenting on it every time I fly.
