Great when works, but waiting for replacement...
It worked flawlessly in my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer. After a week of use, I get a digitized screen and have to unplug it and start over. I put in for an exchange and have heard nothing from seller.

Nice quality, convenient design, good streaming
Nice quality, convenient design, good streaming:This product is pretty well made and feels decently solid while handling. The HDMI input also stays in place well and doesn't jostle around. The product, in part, ensures that stability with its smart design and shape, providing natural protection to the stick from bumps or while being handled, reducing stress on the HDMI input. The product's streaming quality has been pretty good, with a clear resolution and smooth video. The sound quality is also pretty high, and there's no distortion or delay in the audio.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

Doesn't work, NO customer support.
Will not connect, will not update, and worse of all HORRIBLE customer service. Actually, "no" customer service. No way to contact other than email which they have ignored and not responded to. I will update my review if anything changes. In the meantime, buyer beware!

Convenient CarPlay option for Roku & Fire sticks
Picked up one of these after a positive experience with the one made Zucwo. Turns out they are the same device. I like how this design protects the Fire Stick while plugged in and, unlike the Zucwo version, this one includes a thick, black rubber band to secure the Fire Stick. The side power USB adapters for the Fire Stick are well designed. It got me wondering if these devices get an Amazon subsidy to make a device focused only on the Fire Stick. Either way, I first tested using the included (and overly complicated) USB cable that has two USB A plugs, one for CarPlay and one for power. For that, I wished they had made both of the USB A cables short with an extension cable option for either, rather than having a big bundle of cable. In every vehicle in which we would use this, the data port is next to other USB ports, but I know that isn't always the case. An extension cable that could be used for either gives flexibility as to where you can put the device. In addition to it being perfectly designed for Fire Stick, it also works well with a Roku Stick. For that, I added my own cable with a USB Micro elbow adapter to power the Roku Stick and a short USB A-to-C data cable for the device, as visible in the attached picture. That makes it very minimalist and still works well. I also added a small piece of foam padding under the Roku Stick to keep it level. This is a great option, particularly since I had an older Roku Stick not being used. This device loads its own screen within 5 seconds and the Roku desktop is up in 5 more seconds. If you don't have a stick plugged in, there is a settings option in the first screen that allows firmware update. When I ran it, it showed a version dated Apr 2025 and I appreciate that they went to the effort of making firmware update available - See the other attached picture. However, even though the update appeared to be successful, when it rebooted, I checked the system info and it was still showing the original firmware. I ran the update a few more times and, eventually, it had Jan 2025 firmware. While not perfect, I will keep running the update, figuring it will eventually get there.I checked Plex and then ran YouTube for a while, which worked flawlessly. It will be nice to have this option for long trips.

What a GREAT little invention!
Ok, listen up. This little invention seems like magic! My vehicle is a 2019 and has "wired" CarPlay, which I've always thought was just dumb since everyone wants wireless carplay. BUT, I'm so glad I have wired CarPlay now because it works perfectly with this gadget.Setup was a breeze and after opening the box, I had it installed in my car in literally 4 or 5 minutes. The cable is marked with these little tags so you literally can't plug anything into the wrong spot. After connecting the cables and turning on the car, the CarPlay loaded automatically and once I saw the FireTV logo on the screen, I sat back in awe for a moment and then realized everything is connected properly.Once the FireTV stick loaded the initial screen, it looked just like it looks on a normal TV. I knew then I was ready to stream whatever I wanted.Just a great little device. A few caveats though. Obviously you will need a Wifi for the FireTV stick to connect to. I'm using a portable hotspot with a 5g sim card AND my phone can also act as a Wifi hotspot. Both are plenty fast enough to stream whatever I want to watch. The other caveat is to make sure you're using a compatible FireTV stick. My sticks are VERY old, maybe 1st or 2nd generation. The little U connector for powering the stick did not work for my stick. To make it work I had to run a power cable with micro usb to the fire stick. This was no big deal because I already had the USB power stick AND a cigarette plug with 2 USB power outlets. This powered the stick and the device at the same time. If you're using a compatible stick, you probably won't need to worry about this. Also, same goes for my Roku streaming stick, it did work just fine but the little U connector for power doesn't work with the Roku stick either. You'll need a separate power cable for the Roku stick. I do have a Google streaming stick too, but didn't try it. I'm sure it'll work fine. You can see in the photos how I bundled the cables together with wire ties. At one end of the bundle is the device with the Amazon stick installed. At the other end a cigarrette plug and the USB for car play. Luckily, in my car they are right next to each other. Again, if you have a compatible stick you won't need the extra cable like I have and you probably don't need the lighter plug for power either.Lastly, it should go without saying that your touchscreen function does not work with the stick. You need to use your remote control that came with the stick. All in all, I found this little device to be a technology marvel. I'm recommending it to you and all my friends!
