My USB phone charger.
The GPS on my phone dies quickly when I'm out on the motorcycle. Riding, this product works beautifully.

Works great just make sure you get the USB C
Works. Like others I accidentally bought the USB-A version vs the USB-C. Works fine and charges quickly.

Works but not for me
This is a budget setup be mindful of which one you select because I meant to get the one with usb-c and got the dual usb-a it’s my fault. I don’t like an extreme budget setup I’ll be returning it for a higher quality one.

Tested this on a 12V source and it is able to regulate its output voltage properly. I know this is for motorcycles but I am going to wire this up to the battery of my sedan and feed it into the cabin and mount it in somewhere so it looks decent. I want to have this so I have a constant power source for my dashcam which has parking protection as well. However the 12V plug in my car turns off when the engine is off and so does the dashcam as it has no internal battery. TBH, I don't blame this as its deliberate so that people are not all killing off their car batteries with their electronics. Its a nice looking unit too and I like that it has a nice little toggle switch as well and I like the water resistant cap it has as well. It also comes with wiring commonly utilized by portable solar panels or power stations, etc. I like this product and think it might be great to rig up for other things as well. Recommended.

About 15 years ago I realized I needed one of these when I was out at the end of the know universe on a long motorcycle trip with a dead iPhone 3 and no way to charge it. Fast forward 15 years and I finally have one. This one conveniently connects to either the handle bar or a mirror mount on the motorcycle. It has the added benefit of including a volt meter and an on off switch. Unfortunately, the cable on it is not long enough to reach where it needs to be on my big Harley. However, it does reach the battery from the handlebars on my small dual sport but there is an issue. The Amazon description says that it is waterproof but gives no IP rating. The problem is the rubber closure cap fits very loosely on the unit I received and simply does not inspire confidence. The upshot is, I can't imagine installing this permanently on any bike exposed to the elements. Fortunately, both the mirror mount and the handlebar mount are designed so the unit can be easily installed and removed for temporary ad hoc usage if you are so inclined. Not a bad solution since you are not likely to want to cruise with it turned on anyway since the very bright red LED display is not something you will want lighting up your dash constantly. My plan is not to mount it at all but to carry it my emergency kit and just pull it out on the rare occasions that I might need it. In other words, use it just as I contemplated all those many years ago. Problem solved.
