It's an 8" velcro tie down strap. Works well.

Very practical

This is the third package of these straps I have purchased. They are great. The assorted sizes cover just about every task. They hold tight and don’t come loose. Way better than zip ties. These are reusable. They do a good job holding bicycles tight on the bike rack. The best cord keepers. This is a product I would and do recommend. Great product for the money

Works out nicely to have cords tided up. Do with that the velcro would go farther down the strap so I don't have so much extra strap to try to tuck in.
