Successfully walked my Easter egger on it

Henifer did well in this till my horse walked by and she tried to fly. She almost got out of it but i caught her mid flight. Once i was done hysterically laughing I got her back in the harness. Word on the farm is that Henifer is pissed that i even tried this on her and she is now going to peck my feet if I ever try it again. I tried it on Carin the next day and she squawked repeatedly asking if it made her butt look big. I will try it on Dina soon. She is a bigger hen but Im sure it will fit. If you want your husband to look at you, shake his head and wonder why he married you; this is the chicken leash for you!

I have successfully navigated the rough waters of chicken training with this harness. It might not be the best harness, but it’s the best I could find! It seems to rub behind the legs which made some of my chickens more uncomfortable than others. Sometimes I just use the leash as a backup when carrying my chickens through crowds. (They are educational outreach ambassadors so it’s in their job description to interact with humans).A few chickens took very well to the harness and walk quite naturally with it on while other prefer to be carried. Occasionally a chicken will get her foot stuck, which can be a pain, more for the handler, especially if the bird is prone to panicked flailing. Our rooster is a flailer and his legs are more robust than the hens; when loose the harness more easily caught his foot, which he found rather distressing.I bought two small harnesses, and will likely buy another larger one for the rooster as he grows should he stay in residence at our hen house. All that to say that overall I am satisfied with this product and find it to be reliable and easy to use.

I haven't used this on my rooster yet as it just came today. I like the looks of it & think it will work well, however, the description says it comes with a 6 ft. leash. Mine did not, I double checked the box but it is not is not there. I'll contact seller & hopefully they can send one.UPDATE: I contacted the seller, they immediately sent me a new harness with the leash & extra color bow ties. Very impressed with their effort in fixing my issue!! As for the harness, I used it but my rooster was able to slip his head out of it easily. I'll be able to stick the opening closed a little so that he might not be able to get out again, but this isn't the fault of the seller.

Unfortunately, this didn't fit my rooster. I need to order the larger size. Hopefully it fits. Aside from that, I'm impressed with the quality, although I think the leash could be slightly bulkier. For the price and quality would definitely suggest

Great quality harness. Perfect shape for a chicken. I had to sow the neck on mine a little smaller because I have a tiny silkie rooster, which was no problem, and not the product's fault. I was pretty sure I would have to alter it a little. He's pretty chill, and once it fit right, he didn't mind it too much. Now I can take him places! Yay

Quality of the product is great. I love the packaging. However, having bought both this product and their medium size. For a large size this one is disappointing because it's 1mm larger than the medium.

This was so small. My Bantam wouldn't even fit this harness. She's super tiny. This might be suitable for a crow.

very very cute. I got the largest size there was but my Big boy was too big to fit it ( hes a huuuuge boy!!)will fit a small dog!- bow tie is adorable
