Phycocyanin Powder, broken cell blue spirulina powder extract, non-GMO (28g/1 oz)

This a very good spirulina powder. I used it to make galaxy vegan cheesecake and the color is stunning.I couldn’t find the bleu one neither at Whole Food, Central Market, Organic grocers, Sprouts and Herbmarts🤷🏻‍♀️( yes I called them all)It’s a very fine powder and high quality product.It’s nice to add color in your food knowing that the pigment is safe and natural.I know use it in my juices\ smoothies because not only the color is gorgeous but also spirulina has high level of minerals.It’s not cheap but it’s really worth it.

The packaging is pretty standard for powder in a bottle. The color really shows up well on smoothies! I had some interesting sea foam colors when drinking my smoothie with greens and this. I somewhat taste the spirulina when I eat it with non-acidic fruits and veggies in my smoothies but not in a bad way. I just can’t recognize it as appealing or bad. Great way to get my nutrients in!

This way exceeded expectations for the blue icing on the cupcakes at my daughter's birthday party. I avoid artificial dye, but I wanted the party to look festive. It has no flavor at all that I could detect, and the icing was gorgeous, even with a very small amount.

Love this spirulina powder. A little goes a long way, and the color is beautiful. Ideal for coloring drinks and smoothies.

I put about a tenth of a teaspoon into the shaker when I am making martinis and they come out fluorescent blue. Garnish with a sliver of lemon peel. I get an infinitesimal and probably useless dose of beneficial antioxidants, but also a topic of conversation.

Ingested as suggested, no problems. Also, unrelated but of note, I have been mixing it into acrylic paint and coming up with some impressive shades of blue.

Fantastic! It's a small narrow-necked bottle filled with really good quality powder. Love putting this in smoothies and chia puddings 💙
