Q: What country is this garlic grown?

My first order said ORGANIC and made in Canada. 2nd REORDER of exact same product, label doesnt say ORGANIC and doesnt say where it was grown or processed on label. Nothing on container says China or Canada. Company that SELLS it Vtool and Tech Canada. Kind of deceptive. So who knows. I also noted was fermented under HIGH heat in description on Amazon. Usually black garlic is a low heat fermentation process. If you email the company they will side step your question on where the garlic comes from.

Q: Where on the package does it say organic? I can't find it thanks

The jar I have does NOT have ‘organic’ on the label, however, the current label is slightly different from some of my earlier orders, maybe it got changed on the label at some point…?

Q: Does it need to be refrigerated or not?

Keep refrigerated after opening the container.

Q: On the nutrition label it says cane sugars and fructose ? Explain ? It says peeled and unpeeled on label ? They look like they were in molds ?

The ingredient's list only Garlic. So is interesting to see 0.2 grams of cane sugar? The fructose may be naturally occurring, but just guessing. They are peeled & I don't see anywhere it states unpeeled. They very in size & look the same as the unpeeled ones after Peeling. I enjoy the flavor of this product & I like not having t peel them.
