These chairs are beautiful and high quality. Wish I had room for two more!

The chairs pictured in the listing clearly show them upholstered in leather. The color is described as "Retro Brown Tg Leather & Aluminum." The seller uses the term "top grain leather" but these chairs are fabric and aluminum, not leather. Please compare the pictures I have included showing the seller's photos on the left and the chair I received on the right. When contacted, the seller stated that the chairs are "leatherette' and that the description is correct. The seller agreed to accept a return but would not pay for the shipping charge back to INDIA (which would have been almost $2000 for two 70 pound chairs). These chairs are heavy and appear to be well-made, but I was very disappointed to receive fabric instead of leather.

We ordered these chairs from Amazon to save a little money. The chairs are neat, and definitely give off a vintage pilot lounge vibe, BUT, they are more narrow than I expected in the seating area, and the metal is held together with screws, not rivets, which I feel like my A&P is going to squawk when he sees them.Overall, neat, but not the most comfortable of chairs. The areas where the sheet metal connects are rough, and I’m concerned that the screws on the inside of the chair might catch a piece of clothing too.I really wanted to give these chairs a 5 Star review, but this family of pilots just can’t do it.

Great looking solid chair!!!

Bought this chair to sit by the front door to put on and take off shoes. It is comfortable just not the most comfortable kind of a low sitting position, nonetheless it is a good looking chair and I have no problems recommending it, especially compared to the same looking chair I saw in Restoration hardware.

Comfortable and great quality

Exactly what I wanted and needed! Not done decorating my gentleman like aviation vintage bomber style living room. It’s not compete yet but it’s coming together quite well; a nice humidor and whiskey will complement it .

I almost bought the Restoration Hardware aviator chair for close to $2k with delivery but after reading the reviews here, thought I take a chance on this chair for a third of the price. Guess what? A winner! The chair looks great and more importantly, its as comfortable as RH's chair. I used a leather conditioner to polished the leather a bit. It looked a little dry when it first came out of the box. Shipping was fast and product was as described. Nice to know that once in awhile you can be surprised by the quality of a knock off.
