The Night Before Halloween

I bought this book as i do a story sack session each week for my special needs class, age ranging 8-11. WOW they loved it as did i. They laughed and giggled so much, and i do emphasise when i read a book. We then made moving skeletons, halloween masksand then decorated ready made biscuits and chose halloween colours topped with jelly spiders. The children loved the whole session. Excellent book. The night before Christmas but as a Halloween story. My 2 year old enjoyed it and I thought it was pretty cute too. I got this for my ghost obsessed 2 year old son in July. I imagine it would be perfect for getting kids into the Halloween mood. For my strange child, it just makes him giggle because there's ghosts and such in it. Well, whatever makes him happy haha

This is a great book. I am a huge fan of 'Twas the night before Christmas and love how this author has taken the concept and adapted it to Halloween but in so doing has still managed to write an original and fun book. My 4 year old and toddler really liked this book, they enjoyed the illustrations and the flow of the narrative.

Bought for my Grandson. I think he really enjoyed this book.

Great children's book, perfect Halloween book- great addition for a halloween themed bookshelf/basket/gift

My six year old granddaughter and I always read "T'was The Night Before Christmas" together and now we have another adorable book to share. Though I haven't seen it personally as I had it sent to her, she read it immediately with her dad and was able to generalize from her familiarity with the TTNBC. Hopefully she will read it to me while Skyping. It is a good-size and very colorful. A familiar, fun format for all youngsters.

I loved reading this book with my sons for the past two years. It has helped us create such special memories. I have gifted one to my SIL. They enjoy it too! Such a sweet book

Highly recommend this series of books. I have bought a few this year and my 5 year old loves them. They rhyme and sound great when reading it. She likes to repeat me when I am reading it. Good fun!
