The true JBL sound experience
Premium sound, High quality earbuds I have using these earbuds from six days and these truly stand on their own. I like buds type headphones as they are louder and bassier , the Sound of this bud is very premium and immersive, Bass is deep but controlled. Comfort is great. I usually have one buds to my ear always but these do not give any fatigue to the ear as they are not heavy, I had to switch the tips to find the best suited one for me. Noise cancellation is strong and effective with a couple of custom options. Battery life is good as I am still using them after two charge — yes the Dual device pairing is seamless and fast, and the app customization (EQ, touch controls, Personi-Fi tuning) provides a personal touch that takes the experience to the next level for someone who loves to experiment a bit. And yes the call clarity is crystal clear, even outdoors it is very good. Paisa wasool product.

JBL Tune Flex 2 — Honest Review After 2 Months of Use
I purchased the JBL Tune Flex 2 expecting a premium experience from a trusted brand like JBL. Initially, the sound quality seemed good — clear audio with decent bass, making it enjoyable for music lovers. However, my experience started going downhill, especially when it comes to calling performance. Even though JBL claims it has 6 microphones, the mic quality is disappointing. People on the other side constantly complain about background noise and difficulty hearing my voice clearly. For someone who needs earbuds for frequent calls, this is a big letdown. The build quality doesn’t feel up to JBL’s usual standards either. I trusted the brand for reliability, but this product didn’t meet expectations. After 2 Months of Use — More Issues After using it for two months, additional problems started showing up: Battery drains even when not connected — the buds lose charge inside the case without usage. Case not charging the earbuds properly even when showing 100% battery. Random battery performance issues — very inconsistent and frustrating. Sometimes the earbuds die suddenly despite showing battery left. In short, the product feels unreliable, especially for daily practical use. ✅ Pros Good sound quality for music Decent bass and clarity ❌ Cons Very poor mic performance for calls Battery drains automatically Charging issues with the case Build quality not up to JBL standards Conclusion Good for music, but not at all recommended if you take frequent calls or expect stable battery performance. Overall, quite disappointing for the price and the JBL name.

Does not disappoint, Well put together
Sound quality 9/10 ANC 10/10 (JBL usually has really good anc for the price) Transparency mode 6/10 (Not the most natural, I have heard better) Bass 8/10 (bass heavy but the bass is controlled and does not feel muddy it can also be tuned within the app) Vocals 8/10 (good vocal clarity) Sound stage (8/10) Overall good piece of audio equipment. Fairly priced but it is better if you wait for a sale when you can get it easily for around ₹3999/- then they become a killer deal.

Connectivity issue | Battery drains even no playing anything
Sound quality is good but there is connectivity issue. i am using samsung s24 plus. it frequently disconnects and reconnect after sometime. sometimes only one side is connected. sometimes it is connected but there's no sound. Battery drains even if it is connected and nothing is playing.

Awesome buds, Sound and battery life is incredible! 5 star product.
The 48-hour battery claim is no joke. I've been using these for days without needing to recharge the case. For buds this small, they pack a punch. Sound is classic JBL (which I love), and the ANC works really well at blocking out the noise. Call quality is also super clear—people can actually hear me. The dual-device connect (pairing to my phone + laptop at the same time) works perfectly and is my new favorite feature. My only minor gripe was getting the fit right. Take a minute to try the different ear tips which are in the box; it's worth it for the best sound and ANC and yes the battery life. For the price, these are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Honest Review – After Upgrading from Wave Buds
I was previously using JBL Wave Buds which I bought for around ₹2500, and honestly, the sound was amazing — very loud, punchy, and had deep bass. I was fully satisfied with it. Recently, I upgraded to JBL Tune Buds 2 after seeing claims of “Deep Bass” and 10mm driver, thinking it would be a big improvement. But surprisingly, the bass is nowhere close to the Wave Buds. In fact, it feels much flatter and less powerful. Even overall loudness feels lower compared to my previous earbuds. Another disappointing part is the calling quality. Tune Buds 2 comes with 6 mics, while Wave Buds had 4 mics — but honestly, the older one performed better in call clarity. Also, both mics don’t seem to work actively at the same time during calls. I upgraded expecting better performance, but in terms of bass and call quality, my older Wave Buds were clearly better. Not what I expected from a higher model.

Great quality and design!
I can't believe what I just bought! The sound quality is just breathtaking. The base is just perfect. It also has a spatial sound feature in which it feels like you are in a theatre or a concert. It is highly comfortable to wear because it doesn't contain those round rubber earbuds present in majority of the TWS earphones which cause pain after extended use. These JBL Tune Flex 2 can be used for a long duration of time without any uneasiness in the ears. The design is really comfortable. You can sync 2 devices simultaneously, i.e, Laptop and Phone both. It instantly connects once the Bluetooth is turned on. Through it's JBL app you can control the settings of the sound and can choose the gestures of touch control that you best find suitable. And many more features are available in the app. I don't think this kind of quality is being provided by any other TWS earphone. The Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) is just amazing. You can't hear any outside noise while listening to any music, songs or videos. This is a great value for money and should be bought without a second thought!

Even with 6 mics didn't working
I purchased the JBL Tune Flex 2 mainly for attending online meetings on Zoom and Google Meet. Since it has 6 microphones, I expected good call quality. Initially, it worked fine, but after about two weeks, people on the other side of Zoom calls couldn’t hear me properly. It seemed like there was some hardware issue. Since it was under warranty, I contacted customer care. They arranged a home pickup and sent it for repair. When I got it back, they claimed it was fixed, but the issue remained. The mic quality was still poor. Even during phone calls, background noise is so loud that people ask me not to use these earphones. My experience: Mic quality (even with 6 mics): Poor Bass: Good Sound quality: Good Battery life of earbuds: Very good (around 3 hours) Battery life of case: Good Design: A bit bulky, but not heavy Volume is High enough Overall, the sound and battery are fine, but the mic performance is disappointing, which defeats the main purpose of buying them for calls that cost ₹5999/- Now I am using Sony and they are working well. Thumbs down to JBL Tune Flex 2.
