Two scoops of Alka Slim contain only 81 calories; fruit juices add approximately 100 calories. Notes: Alka Slim contains no yeast. Not heat treated. Recommended Use: For normal weight loss or weight maintenance: Eat one or two meals daily and substitute an Alk Slim Diet drink for one or two meals. Use two level scoops (scoop enclosed) of Alka Slim Powder with approximately 8-10oz. of unsweetened fresh or bottled fruit juice for each drink (dilute with water to desired taste).
