I downloaded the app on my Iphone and it started up quickly. I was able to take just one photo. and then shut it down to charge. A few days later I was ready to use it and NOTHING! I deleted the app and re-installed it about six times and still nothing. I tried changing a setting on the app and it just froze and came up the same way when I deleting it and re-installing. It seemed to have a good picture the one time it worked.

I also bought the Sukey wifi endoscope. While its ok I found the image quality and overall frame rate better with the direct USB types. I have a Samsung S9+ and I did not experience any problems setting up either one. It seems a lot of people are having problems for one reason or another. I followed the directions and BOOM setup was fast and easy.Even though this one is the 5.5mm verus 8mm it actually has a better video. So if you don't really need the wifi capability I suggest this one.

This camera is amazing I love it. After installing a QR reader and scanning the QR code I installed the app.It really surprised me on how well it works. I really like the fact that I can adjust the brightness of the light and also that it's rechargeable. I can take it anywhere. The length lets it reach pretty much anywhere great for working on the car to see things in tight spots. It stays in the position that you put it in because it's very sturdy and not loose.

Not HD, poor video and picture quality and worst app software I have ever seen

I tried using the endoscope on an older sink drain and it only went about a foot into the drain line before stopping at an elbow. I was disappointed that I could not get in farther into the drain line. The camera appears to work fine.

I like the rigidity of the camera line and like the LED light feature. The switch unit feels good on your hand. The unit was fully charged and comes on but no matter what I do I can not get the camera to be seen on my Android. Its an LG Stylo 3 which according to what I read has all the OTG and UVC features needed to use this cam. But after 10 different android apps I still can't get the phone to even see the camera. If I can get this to work then it'd be 5 stars but Ive had no luck no matter what I tried so far, having to return this.

Works pretty nicely, not hard to set up. But it doesn't focus close up

This is a good camera. The app worked on the my iphone and ipad. The camera is great of inspecting engine blocks and other things in the garage. It also comes in handy inside.
