I would highly recommend this Sitz salt, both for relaxing and for reducing swelling. I needed this urgently and was delivered the same day and helped me deal with the swelling quickly. The product smells good too. Might need some effort to clean the tub but totally worth it.

I gifted these to my sister in law as a part of her baby shower gift. She said that she used them and had no issues! Only giving 4 stars simply because I did not use them myself to know how well they were. But she did come back and ask me where I purchased them so she could see about getting more, so that speaks for itself!

Buy this for Postpartum!! It smells amazing and helped keep my skin moisturized. It helped with paraneal soreness as well for me.

Really nice, I used after I had a baby

I was hesitant about buying these bath salts, but after reading reviews I decided to and I am so happy I did. They were great for healing and will use in the future!!!

I used this in the bath, adding about 1/4 cup to a full tub. This product smelled nice and was very moisturizing, but so much so that I found it to be extremely oily. I did not find this product to provide any additional pain relief than what you'd get from a normal bath with salts and oils.
