BestDuplicatorBd-Lg-6T 6 Target 24X Sata Dvd Duplicator With Built-In Lg Burner (1 To 6)

I have had this product for less than 2 months . One of the drives was not copying. When I started copying continuously after about 30 min the duplicator started freezing at various stages. Very disappointed after continuing correspondence back and forth with the seller ( asking me to try out various actions including opening the cover checking cables etc) I have a got a product which is not fit for purpose. How do I get a refund?

This product is fine for my use.My only annoyance is that on the site it said free delivery. Then a week or so later I received a bill from FedEx for over £50 for delivering.Not happy about that!!!

I don't really leave reviews on products! This product says that it is the BestDuplicator (brand) it is the worst ... do not buy it. It does not duplicator DVD's. Even after doing a pre-scan to make sure that the source DVD is correct and even after running the test option which both say say "PASS" when you use any of the options, Copy and Compare (which the manual says to use for "best results" and Copy and verify" it always comes up with the error "Bad Master Disc" then chucks out the 5 DVD's that were trying to be copied out. Because I am using DVD-R then there are a complete waste. The reason why I am not using DVD-RW or DVD+ RW (RE-WRITABLE) is because I need to print artwork onto the DVD's. But supposingly this duplicator accepts DVD-R?It never duplicates DVD's yet it says it supports nearly all DVD formats. What a piece of crap. There is no one to contact about help either. Just don't do it. It's not big or clever!!

Had to replace all drives after poor performance and many failed burns. Significant power issue suggesting capacitor is the root of the problem. Also getting bad master copy warning when the disc is fine (works fine in identical unit).Overall a bad purchase causing me several headaches and little help from supplier
