First, I'd like to say that I'm thrilled with these probiotics. The fact that they're vegetarian and contain 18 different strains is impressive. Not to mention the 30 billion CFU! I rarely leave reviews, but this product changed my life. One of the few things that has worked with my particular illness. I love it. The only reason I’m leaving low stars is because the product only works when the tablets are smooth. Once they start disintegration, they quit working for me. The last bottle came in with the start of disintegration and powder at the bottom of the bottle. The company never responds to email inquiry. I had emailed them a few times when the products were off amazon to see when they would be available and they never responded. Regardless they make a hell of a product, but it is also a touchy product that can be easily messed up. Any moisture (like in a fridge) ruins these things within a day. UPDATE 12/17/19 Company issued an apology over Facebook for their non response, and they provided me with updated contact information. They are forgiven
