It’s high quality, high protein, unbelievably tasty, low sugar content at 5g,I like the chocolate a lot but LOVED the vanilla the second I tried it. It’s not too thick or heavy like the 42g protein version. Yes it is expensive but with the high amount of protein and low amount of sugar and being ultra filtered milk gives it an always fresh taste ( so long as you drink within the expiration date) that just makes it worth it. The BEST there is!!

This stuff is the absolute bee knees, it has a great amount of protein and it's natural enough not to give me a stomach ache! I use it to make Protein Coffee (protein shake, cold brew coffee, sugar-free maple syrup) and it really does taste SOOOOO good. Can't recommend enough!

I’ve tried a lot of different vanilla protein shakes. These are the BEST shakes. They are expensive but worth the cost in my opinion. They taste like you are drinking vanilla ice cream. I’m on the GLP-1 shots and I use them as a meal replacement. It is very filling and satisfying.
